The «armored windows» or «armored windows» for Cem screens combine optical transparency and high performance electromagnetic shielding protection. This technology protects equipment sensitive to BF & HF radiated disturbances. AB2E VITCEM consists of thin metal canvases (very fine knits) based on stainless steel or copper, inserted between two transparent optical substrates. The substrates used are usually polycarbonate.
